To activate the Evony Wheel of Fortune, click the roulette icon in the bottom-left corner of the Evony game screen.

Each spin of the wheel requires one amulet.

You receive a free amulet every day as a quest reward.

Click Apply to spin the wheel. The item it stops on is your reward!
