Level 1 permits 1 transaction at a time.

Level 2 permits 2 transactions at a time.

Level 3 permits 3 transactions at a time.

Level 4 permits 4 transactions at a time. All the way to Level 10 permitting 10 transactions at a time.

Basically, each level gives another transaction.    

NOTE : For ALL transactions you do in the marketplace, a .05% fee is taken. If you were to spend 1000 gold, you would also pay 50 gold in fee.
