Cross Medals increase the loyalty of a hero by 5 when rewarded and is used for hero persuasion. It can also be used in the Persuasion of rival heroes.

You will have a greater chance of obtaining these medals by attacking Level 1-5 valleys. 

They can also be acquired from a Junior Medal Box, either from the Roulette Wheel or purchased from the Shop for 80 Cents. Each Junior Medal Box contains 2-4 Cross Medals, as well as 2-4 Rose Medals and 2-4 Lion Medals.
